As the incumbent and preferred refrigeration contractor, we were contracted by Brosnan Construction to replace the aging cool room and freezer room in the acclaimed Hippopotamus Restaurant kitchen. Completing the decommissioning of the old and construction of the new rooms included noise reduction strategies, limited time frames, and working in an open and operating hotel. We coordinated closely with the construction team and hotel team to complete and smooth and tidy installation.
